Conventions

Whatever the reason for your trip, we are here to welcome you with a smile and make you experience a special stay tailor-made for you.


At check-in our staff will be happy to provide you with all the information and support necessary to make your stay unforgettable! Upon arrival at the structure, the customer can request a one-time ticket at a cost of € 2 to park in all the blue lines of the city. The ticket is valid for 7 days.

Parking

- PUBLIC PARKING: at check-in, our guests are given a special one-off coupon at a cost of 2 euros which allows them to park in the spaces delimited by the blue stripes up to a maximum of 7 days.
- GUARDED GARAGE: we have agreements with Garage Mariani and Garage Navoni which are located a few steps from the Maison degli Artisti.

ZTL

The Maison degli Artisti is located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, and the parking lots are not located in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).

By communicating the license plate of your vehicle in advance or as soon as you arrive at the facility, we will take care to report it to the competent office to guarantee free transit during your stay.

The permit allows only transit in order to reach the Maison, it does not allow stops or any other routes.

Affiliated restaurants

At Check-in the staff of the structure will inform you of the most prestigious structures affiliated with the B&B, providing you with a map and the necessary directions.
